To protect our customers, staff and business from fraudulent or prank orders, all cash orders are subject to management approval and verification.

For certain cash orders, we may contact you by telephone to confirm the order and delivery details before we begin preparing your food.

We reserve the right to:

• Contact you to verify your order before preparation.
• Request additional confirmation of your name, telephone number, delivery address or order details.
• Require payment by card or another secure payment method for certain orders.
• Decline or cancel any cash order that we believe may be fraudulent, suspicious or cannot be verified.
• Decline future cash orders from customers where previous orders have not been accepted, paid for or collected.
• Cancel an order where the customer cannot be contacted or is not available to receive the delivery.

Cash orders are prepared specifically for each customer. If a customer places a cash order and then fails to answer the telephone, is not present at the delivery address, refuses the order, or otherwise fails to accept the delivery, 71 St Albans reserves the right to refuse future cash orders from that customer.

We appreciate that the vast majority of our customers are genuine and understand that these measures are necessary to protect our business from fraudulent and non-genuine orders.
